I have a Magic Chef MCWC50DBT wine cooler that doesn't cool. When it was first given to me the fan ran but the compressor didn't. I replaced the PTC starter relay and overload and the compressor now runs, gets warm to the touch, but there is no cooling taking place. The inside temperature stays approximately the same as the outside ambient temperature. When I open the door it is obvious to me that there has been no cool air entering the box.

The cicuit diagram on the back panel of the cooler shows a transformer in the micro computer controller and connections to a defrost sensor and a temperature sensor.
