Just hard resset phone by pressing *, 3, green button (call accept) and power button in same time. With this procedure i solved problem with my E61

Try this ~
1. Start with printer OFF
2. Hold down RESUME and then hold down POWER
3. Release RESUME
4. press RESUME twice, then release POWER
5. let green light blink until printhead has finished moving.
6. Press resume
If still cannot, try this ~
1) With the printer powered off but connected to a power source, press the Power button while pressing and holding
the Stop/ Reset button.
2) When the Power LED is lit, press the Stop/Reset button two times while pressing and holding the Power button.
3) When releasing the Power button and the Stop / Reset button (regardless of order), the printer will move into a
service mode. (Waiting formenu selection)
4) When the LED lights in green, press the Stop/Reset button the specified number of time(s) according to the
function listed in the table below.(Each time the Stop/Reset button is pressed, the LED lights alternately in
orange and green, starting with orange.)

Just hard resset phone by pressing four buttons in same time:

*,3,green tab, and power on and not release until full load
(dont do this with low battery level)

Code will be resset and you can enter new one

I solved SMS sending problem with E61

Just hard resset your NOKIA phone by pressing in same time this four buttons:
1) * (star) button
2) 3 button
3) green tab (call acceptance ) button
4) power on - button

NOTE Press all this in same time and wait until phone load.

if still can't be solve by this soft and hard reset code. you might do this as well:

1) remove battery and install it back , but don't power on the unit
2) press and hold this 3 buttons : "green or call" button / " * " button / 3 button
3) while pressing and holding with this buttons, press now the power button and wait till a display appear on the screen before removing your fingers to all the buttons mentioned.

note: make sure you're battery is charge before doing this procedure
