Question about Cell Phones
The phone is blacklisted by the network. You will need to call them to remove it from the blacklist, the phone will not work otherwise.

The SIM card will need to be replaced. Contact your cellular service provider and request a new one.
Note: Some Pay-As-You-Go type phones like Net 10 have the SIM card flashed when the phones operating system is first installed. As such, the SIM cannot be transferred to another (Net 10) phone - for example.
If this is the case, you may be better off purchasing a new phone to keep from experiencing the headache of replacing a SIM in a Pay-As-You-Go phone with propriatory software.
