My Scanner not working with windows xp ScanPrisa 640, can u solve my problem

If it's your first time to use your scanner in that computer then it's not going to work without installing the driver for that scanner. You can install the driver by inserting the dvd in the dvd drive. That dvd came with your scanner when you bought it. Don't worry if you don't have the driver's disc now because you can download the scanners driver from the website of its manufacturer.
