This service manual contains detailed descriptions of all the repair and servicing procedures specific to this power tool series.
1.stihl ts350 parts manual There are separate handbooks for servicing procedures for standardized parts and assemblies that are installed in several STIHL power tool models. Reference is made to these handbooks in the appropriate chapters in this manual. As the design concept of models FS 120 FS 200 FS 300 FS 350 FS 400 FS 450 and FR 350, FR 450 is almost identical, the descriptions and servicing procedures in this manual generally apply to all models.

Hello. STIHL Canada doesn't list either the 510 or the 760, it seems to be a STIHL USA item (??)Here is the link for the manual. It is about 1/3 of the way down the page listed under the heading " Construction Tools ", on the right hand side.
The bottle of the mix comes in many sizes. It should say right on the bottle of mix how many gallons of fuel need to be mixed with it. It will say MAKES X GALLONS.
Hello. No, the oil mix is designed to do all that is necessary. Stihl 50:1 two stroke engine oil or equivalent is recommended for proper operation, cheap oil does not have the additives needed too keep rings free and inhibit carbon build-up. Also do not use BIA or TCW rated oils, or any others with duel purpose ratings.
The cylinder (if engine running too lean) would be badly scored as well as the piston and rings. Knowing today's prices for parts and labor, $300 is probably not too far off. At that price though, he might consider replacing the entire saw rather than repair. I have noticed a number of Echo saws that don't seem to 4-stroke when running at speed, but not cutting. A properly tuned 2-stroke should always 4-stroke at speed, but immediately 2-stroke when cutting--this produces the most power and least heat. The fuel should always be premixed in the can, agitated well during mixing and again before using in the saw. Agitate the saw after adding the new fuel as well. At 50:1 ratios, there isn't much spare lubrication in the engine. He might consider another brand of saw if buying new. Hope some of this helps!
