The on/off switch is broken. How can I replace it and where can I get the replacement piece?

First turn the micro door upside down and shake it this may dis lodge it make sure its unplugged and rotating table is removed.If you can see the piece try tweezers or needle nose pliers but again make sure it is unplugged during any handling period!
Second UN plug the device remove its cover with phillips driver or what is needed after it is removed go to the safety switch where the piece is located remove it and shake the piece it may come out if not just replace the complete safety switch

You have more problems than just replacing the lever. There is still a piece of the broken lever inside the wiper switch, and is nearly impossible to get out. You will need to replace both the turn lever and the wiper switch. Replacing the wiper switch is no easy task, and if you are not familiar with General Motors steering columns, it's probably best to pay a shop to do the repair. The top half of the steering column has to be disassembled, and the wiper switch harness fed up through the column.

try checking the fuses if fuses are good you may need to change the brake switch which is located on the brake pedal the are easy to replace you will have a keeper pin that will need to be removed in most cases they look like an r-key and depending on the switch you have you may need to remove a mounting pin or just slide the switch off then you will need to disconnect the wires off the switch and replace in reverse..hope this helps you out best of luck..please leave a review thanks..sincerely D.Jones

take the grill off
turn the power off
you will see a screw direct center where the fan switch is
remove it
pull the whole plastic piece up you will be able to replace it.

you have to align it with the key out then adjust the switch on steering column

replacement switches at home depot for 3 speed fans.There should be instructions on the package of the switch.
