Can i send mp3 file via text msg? and how do i send video file to another cell phone?

edit the file and make it small enough to send then.

Simple text msg can only send emoticons.
But multimedia msg (MMS) can send all types of multimedia.
For sending MMS you will need to install gprs settings whichyou can receive from your service provider with better guidance.
Or reply me with your mobile model and your servuce provider.

go to msg sett ->text msgs->msg sent via ->make it as text and try it will go....

just check three settings in text msg settings
1. msg center number
2.reply via same center option should be no
3. msg type should be text

sir/mam,
-go to settings and try to restore all settings without deleting files then test,
-if not working restore again all settings but dis time with deleting all files stored on phone memory including contacts,pictures,mp3 and video then test.
-if still not,reformat or reprogram your phone and the technician will do this so go to cellphone repair shop.

Make sure you're using your mobile service provider's settings and msg center number, and that your setting for reply is set to: reply via same center number to; NO

Have you downloaded the MMS settings from you service provider?
If not, call them and they will send you the settings via a text msg, and give you a PIN to use when installing. When you receive the txt select SAVE or INSTALL when prompted input the PIN number.
MMS does not always work between networks.
