check for warranty and if covered take it back
if not buy a different brand
Check with your local hardware store, maybe they have some sort of scellent or glue for ceramic, just make sure it can stand high temperatures, if the crack is in the inside of the pot make also sure the product won't contaminate the food with nasty chemicals. Sorry that is the only thing I can think of besides buying a new crock...
usually yes but a quick search on google only found the lid and handle. Your best bet is to call the company number and ask them for the local reseller of replacement parts (usually also provides service). If they do not have it they will order it for you.
I have another pot with a lid and the lid 'fits' my crockpot; my glass crock pot just broke and my heart broke along with it! The cooking pot's lid worked for the soup I made last week but you can't see into the pot; I like that about the crock pot. Try another lid, or you can try to buy a new/different one, like I'm trying to do! :)
