Hello sir!!i got problem in my sansui tv sv2503.on screen shows unusual colour bands .on corners it is blue but in centre it is green with reddish linig in circular design.we cant see natural colour normally.please suggest me some solution.i will be grateful to u.thanks!!

Are you using the componant connection on your tv? If so, check the red, blue and green cable connections on both ends. They carry your
picture info to the tv. The audio is carried by a red and white cable. There should be 5 cables for a componant connection. 2 reds, 1 white, 1 blue and 1 green. I hope I have guessed your problem correctly and this helps you.

simple. easy. you have 3 screen adjustments. red green blue. turn color all the way down. you should then get just a black and white picture, but in your case, it will still be reddish. behind the speaker grill is an access panel for screen adjustment. remove speaker grill. remove access panel. you will see a block assembly roughly 6 inches square with 6 knobs on it. 3 are for screen, 3 are for focus. adjust until you have a black and white picture. then go into menu and turn your color back up. enjoy!

If you have a Sony rear projection LCD TV then you have a failing optics block. LCD TV's are not affected by external magnets like CRT TV's were. The optics block issue will only get worse and needs to be repaired by a technician.

There might be a problem on the degausing circuit. This demagnetises the screen every time you switch on. You may also have had a rise in the mains voltage thus magnetising the tube. Perhaps you can try switching off the TV at the wall for 24 hours or over night. If this does not work a repairer will have to remove it manually or repair the degausing circuit. Also make sure that there are no speakers or any magnetic items close to the TV. Good luck,JUS004
