Hi, If you want to format your phone,be sure to back up all important files contacts,calendar,messages etc. before doing this method because everything will be deleted after the process.
Then follow these steps: - On your home screen,just type *#7370#, a message pop up "lock code" - Enter the your current code if you change it before,otherwise the code will be 12345 as the default.Your phone will reboot automatically,Now your phone is in original settings. GoodLuck=)

When you get to your phone's setting, select profiles. Amongst the list of profiles, determine which of them you want to use to activate your vibrate mode.
When you have done that, scroll to that profile, select 'options', then select 'personalise'.
In the personalise sub-menu, you are allowed to set the features of that mode to your desire.
In the ringing tone, select no tone, in the ringing volume, reduce the volume to zero. When you are asked if you want to set the ringing volume to the maximum, select yes/ok.
In the vibrate option, select yes/vibrate.
In the message tone, select no tone.
For other sounds and tones, select no tone.
When you are done, REMEMBER TO SAVE IT.
Then go back and activate that profile.
It is advisable that the profile you use for this though, is your 'silent' profile.

just go to the chat app and select options and goto settings and their you can change the chat tone

To use the MP3 as your message tone, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Settings and then click Tones.
2. Highlight the message alert tone line and press "Change".
3. Select "Open Gallery" then locate the folder where the MP3s are saved.
4. Select the song the you would like to use as message tone. Click Save.

If there is Profile change From it;
If Not Go to the Tone and Set it as Messege Tone.
