Music files for MP3 players must be in mp3 file format.
For instructions on downloading mp3 music files from the Internet and converting CDs to mp3 music files then copying them to the MP3 player, please click on this link and follow my instructions :-

My pc wont let me install new sandisk 2gb mp3 player

On your sansa, go to "Settings" then System Settings" then "USB Mode," then change it to MSC, if that does not work, try the other modes, just in case.
Hope this helps!

I just got a sansa clip 1gb mp3 player & need help on everything!

The Sansa Clip is not compatible with iTunes. You will have to get your music from another music service, preferably one that gives you the songs in mp3 format instead of AAC format (although it will accept WMA's, the DRM-protection system on most WMA's will give you problems down the line, especially if you cancel the music service that you got them from - songs in mp3 format will be usable even after you've cancelled your music service subscription).

I bought a Sansa 8GB(black). I have download anything on to it. I've lost the little paper that It came with. Could you help please?

if you have successfully added files that take mem, but dont show on player, DO NOT DELETE THE MUSIC FOLDER, just the music. the player will crash. i think this is hidden on mcs, which is the usb mode you need to be on to trans. try:settings/usb mode, mcs.

My new 8Gb Micro Chip Will not except music

The chip may be locked - consult the documentation for details. Also, that card is too big for the e260 to read - 2GB or less.
