Android process acore stopped working , screen told me to force to close

I'm not quite sure why are we getting this "force close", cause its app dependent. However i can suggest you the following

Most often, force close messages are caused by the app accessing corrupted data. For one reason or another, the app expects a certain bit of data to be available and can't access it. Since the program isn't programmed or "told" what to do in such situations, the result is a force close. In these cases, you can usually clear the problem by going to "Settings > Apps > app name > Clear data". If doing this doesn't work, you may want to contact the developer of the app for advice.

this means that the program you were running has crashed. If it happens everytime you launch a particular application then I would advise removing the program from the tablet and then reloading it

if you're using a custom ROM re-flash GAPPS. Otherwise try to factory reset

Wth? I have the same problem. Just out of the warrany period. Can't get around the force close button to hit the settings button. Will not hard reset with the usb hold down button pull usb command. Nothing but force close after installing slide me. No other option but to push the force close button. Nice waste of 200 bucks. I think lawsuits are in order. This company has placed a fraudulent link to "firmware updates, coming soon" on its website to get nextbook buyers to hang in there just long enough to exceed their warranty period. This is false advertising. My nextbook is JUNK. And I've done nothing but download their recommended software from their website. No upgrade though... instead they manufactured a new tablet with an up to date operating system. Where's our upgrade? Class action lawsuit anyone?

This basically means the OS is having severe problems. You need to try a master reset first. If this does not work and there is no software update available from the HTC website you need a replacement handset.

i have problems with the augen genbook 10.2 inch screen android os 2.1 update 1. i think the hardware is cheap very cheap and the os has been stripped down, i have the samsung tranform by sprint and its a heck alot better than this thing, its good for basic stuff but not for wat ppl try to use them for like me, i expected greater, and the wifi card cuts in and out have to restart the device or the wifi to get the internet for 5 minutes, hardwire is required for everything, so this thing is so basic, i would rather run something else on it, its part linux so maybe theres a fix.

FIRST go to system .manage application.then select all then go to contact storage clear data and after that power off your phone and restart it....
