My phone freeze when i inserted when i inserted my memory card. Pleas what shall i do.

If you have an iPhone you should not be putting a memory card into it. It has built in memory so you would not need to put another one inside it. If this is for another phone. trying erasing everything on the memory card and trying again.

2. Connect it to a PC or a laptop.
3. Go to My Computer > Removable Disk
4. Right click on the Removable Disk icon and click on format.
5. This shall format your memory card.
6. Run an anti-virus scan on it in order to fix any possible bugs.

In that case please remove the memory card from the phone and insert it into the adapter and insert the adapter into the PC you want to copy songs from. Copy all the songs and reinsert the card into the phone. And you are done.

Hello,

The problem is from the phone, restore the factory settings of the phone and try to insert the memory card into the phone again.

If it does not read it, try a smaller sized memory card to see if it will work.

If it does not work, then the fault is from the phone.

You have to change the memory cards slot.

I am not familiar with that phone, but did you try turning the phone off completely (may as well remove the battery), inserting the memory card, then turning the phone on? If that still messes up, you may need to put the card into a computer and reformat it.

Did you insert the memory card in the right direction? Well, I would suggest you to try to reformat your memory card then insert it on your phone. Next time try to use the USB cable tp connect it to your pc.
