Sony ericsson wont turn on but key pad remains lit up K850i model my K850i won't turn on. Keypad remains lit. Tried downloading updates but the computer was unable to connect with the phone.

I have that Problem aswell first the Screen was weak and kept fading then teh nxt day the screen just stayed blank, ive tried several things but it has not worked :(

Same problem k850i, keypad light goes on, phone vibrates once and nothing else. phone customer support and they told me straight away to take it to service centre. sounds like they have had this problem a lot.

yesterday i felt down on a wet road, in the beginning there was no problem but after a few hours the sreen faded away, i left it in the sun for about 15 minutes and after that it worked again but now the touchsreen diddent worken, the camera wouldn't open and the * and 9 button's didden't worked.

now it doesn't do annything, when i turn it on, the backlight for the buttons turn on and vibrates and afther that it close. and it thoes like that every 5 sec.

My sony ericsson w850i's screen went blank and when i removed the battery it felt inflated so if i put a new battery in do you think it would then work?
