Hello sir iam using dg31pr with kingston igb ddr2 ram and the prosessor is intel pentium dual core e2220. but system ram port hangs up very quickly it starts up from 20 degree and reaches to 90. i can,t understand the problem please guide me on this . thanks in advance....

There is a possibility that your system might have been affected by virus.

uninstall all your antivirus softwares and download a trial version of eset nod smart security (iam using this for the past 4 years without any problem) install and give a full scan this might work

iam not sure if you are having ccleaner (freeware) if not download it and install it and run the cleaner.

these are just general suggestions for common problems one will have to look into the system and will have to analyze the exact need of your system and do the necessary tweaks as applicable.


try to minimize the number of startup programs in your system this will also help

No it doesn't support Pentium Dual Core processor/s. It support Intel Pentium D, Intel Pentium 4 and Intel Celeron D processors. You can check out the supported processor lists HERE.
Note: Don't confuse with Pentium D and Pentium Dual, they are different.

First you need to be clear that dual core is the family of Pentium series. so there is no processor called Pentium.............. now regarding your question i would suggest you do not go for dual core... Take core 2 duo or I3 /I5/I7 series of processor..............

You MUST run a 64 BIT if you want to run anything more than 3 Gb of ram ( such as windows xp 64 BIT , Vista 64 BIT , or even winows 2008 server 64 BIT ) Windows 2003 does NOT support 64 BIT ....
