As I can see, there is no driver for windows 7 from the company who made that card.
I checked in they web site and nothing was released for windows 7.
Buy another card whit windows 7 compatibility.
Hi, you have faulty drivers or a faulty card. Log onto the MSI website and download new drivers for it, if this doe's not fix the problem then replace the card. They are relatively cheap these days.

You could try using Media Portal as your 'TV grabber' you can check it out at http://www.team-mediaportal.com/. You're most likely not going to get the MSI software to work properly on Vista until they release a compatible version. If you still want to use that software you'll have to switch back to XP. MSI doesn't have a lot of motivation to upgrade their software to Vista compatibility because most of their users are still on XP.
