Hello, you should simply select Auto tune under Radio menu . The player will search for the stations with the strongest signals and automatically save up to 10 preset channels.

get the on screen menu up ( press menu on the remote) move around until you find auto tune , move sideways and it starts auto tuning

when finished it may auto save or you will be required to press the ok button then exit

I had a frozen screen too just five minutes ago. I thought it was completely broken until I realised there was a reset button on the side of the mp3 ^^
