I have Logitech x530 speakers. I have a Creative SoundCard. Everything on the computer/soundcard seems fine but the speakers wont even make a little noise. The headphone jack does work on the Logitechs though. Any idea what this could be. Up until 2 months ago, they were working fine.

I don't think there are any drivers for speakers. Is your soundcard
working fine? You should only have to plug your speakers to your
soundcard and it should send the signal to them.
Check to make sure that your drivers are installed to your computer.
Access the drivers for your soundcard. These will be included with the soundcard on the installation CD-ROM. If the CD is no longer available, visit the soundcard manufacturer's website to download the correct drivers. Ensure that you select drivers specifically made for your model of soundcard and that the drivers are specific to the operating system. The download site will list the driver details. If the soundcard came pre-installed on the computer, drivers can also be obtained from the manufacturer's site.
Begin the process of installation. If installing from a CD, insert the CD and follow the installation prompts. If installing from a downloaded program, extract the files to a temporary location on your hard drive. Run the Start, Install or .exe file associated with the driver to begin the installation.
Click "Next" to start the installation. You may have to accept a terms-of-use agreement to install the drivers. Once the wizard has finished, it will display a message saying that installation is complete. If the wizard doesn't restart the computer automatically, reboot it yourself to ensure that the soundcard is configured properly.
u dont need the cd..and there is no cd for the x530 system anyway. just download the driver for your soundcard, thats if you have a soundcard. otherwise check your motherboard settings.
buy a usb 2.0 type soundcard because your laptop does not support 5.1 surround speaker here is the link that will solve your problem http://www.amazon.com/Zalman-ZM-RSSC-External-Sound-Card/dp/B0001OZ2K8
All I could suggest is run the decoder off the line-out of your soundcard, then regardless of what the volume or power setting is to your speakers, the signal will still come through?
Which soundcard do you have? The speakers themselves do not appear to have an associated driver.
Here is the link to the support page for the speaker set if you want to check yourself;
