Yes, your TV has a digital tuner in it. You can even use the over the air digital channels or if you prefer, basic digital cable. Quite the nice TV set.
If the tv it is flat and tv LCD screen design than it is digital ready. It well be able to pickup free DTV air broadcasting from tv channels stations. If tv it have a big back and bulky design like it have CRT-tv tube.It well not pickup tv broadcasting in tv digital channels, all tv channels went digital on 2006.
No, this TV does not appear to be digital ready. There is no mention of digital capability in a review in eBay reviews. You will need a DTV converter or cable box to view digital TV on the this set.
No this TV is not HD ready. However it is digital (ATSC) ready meaning now that most of the analog brodcasts have stopped it will receive the digital broadcasts so you don't need a converter box. Since it can only display 480i resolution it is not HD ready. You would need a TV that can display 720p or better to be considered HD ready.
Your TV is NOT digital ready. IF you do not have cable or satellite, you will need a converter box. If you do have cable or satellite you have nothing to do or worry about as the cable or satellite box will automatically do the conversion for you. Hope this helps
Its tuner is NTSC, which will not tune in digital stations. I didn't see a DTV tuner mentioned anywhere on the specs, so don't think it will work. I myself have one and will soon purchase a converter box with the $40 rebate from the government.
