That sounds like the pump is jammed and did not pump all the water out.

There are eight light I think. Are all of them lit?

Fisher and Paykel, EcoSmart with lid lock. After initial fill, all wash lights go out, advances to rinse, then beeps continuously. Have to shut machine off and start over. Continues to wash, but leaks out of top panel under lid. Machine is level. Any Suggestions?

Hi just read your posting,Now, does the machine show an ERROR CODE and beeps?If it does show an error code it will be in a number in your LCD DISPLAY if you have that model or a series of lights will light up.Now these lights will be in a row of 8 lights.Starting from the left to the right which ones are lit when the machine beeps?Is it the 2nd and 4th or the 1st and 5th ---etc---?Please reply with additional information and I am sure I can help you.

possible control module fault.try turning it on nd advancing it to rinse and see how long that rinse cycle is.please reply for more help

Coupling is bad.
There is a coupling between the motor and the transmission. When this part breaks then it will pump the water out but won't spin or aggitate.

Hall sensor may be damaged on the motor or the control isn't sending voltage to the motor
