Welcome to Fixya. If you want to change the hard drive of your iMac just follow the instructions on the manuals below. I provide 2 manual for a iMac 17" and 20" system.

Checking the power supply isn't the easiest thing to do, it involves pulling apart the entire machine.
You can try resetting the SMC, unplugging all power, hold the power button for 5 seconds, replace power, then attempt to turn on.
if it still won't turn on, and assuming you didn't get AppleCare or it is expired (past 3 years) it might be worth taking in to an Authorized Apple Repair Facility and see if they will check it out for free. If it is under warranty, most definitely take it in or call 1-800-APL-CARE

Hi, I have an iMac 20", its not 2 years old, and the dvd got stack inside, it won't come out, how in the world can I fix that problem? how can I change the dvd burner?.

you've most likely got something running that is competing with processing time for your player. i'd open up activity monitor and see what processes are highest on CPU % usage. the ones that look elective (not system-related), turn 'em off. turn off spotlight for a sec too. then test your import into itunes afterwards. is it still slow?
