Can I shut the blue light off on the front of the tv? It's very annoying in the middle of the night.

    Go to MENU then SETUP then L.E.D settings and from there you can turn it off and on.

My tv is on the fritz too.. Its basically doing the same thing. Im guessing it has the same capacitor problems all those others are having. Mines only 3 years old, paying 1500 for a now $700 tv.. Ive yet to find a price to fix it but nothings going to satisfy me. And all the talk sounds like samsung wont do a thing to help. Ready to invest in a good old am radio and boycott the tv industry. Sorry this wont help but I felt like venting.

Free big screen, is it worth it to fix?

take the front cover off.two hidden screw at each corner or on the sides .now take off cover in middle of set.two the right you'll find a small box , it will have 3 adjustments on the top and three more at bottom.the bottom ones are your screen controls.the middle is your green and on the right is the one you turn counter clock wise.warning ...turn that control a hair .that will solve the problem
