Hi.

To do the complete troubleshooting, try doing a full system power reset. This is done performing the following, simply disconnecting the power adapter won't be enough:

  • Disconnect all power adapter cables from wall sockets.
  • Remove all handsets from cradles.
  • Remove all battery from cradles.
  • Fit back the batteries in their handsets.
  • Place back handsets in their cradles.
  • Connect power cables.

The procedure above will reset the system and will re-sync handsets to cradles. If that does not work, then some of the units comprised in the system is defective.In that case you will need to replace/repair the faulty handset or the whole system.

From description it sounds like the problem is one of the units. Here a replacement unit.

Before purchasing a replacement I suggest calling Motorola and finding out the cost of a repair or replacement from factory. In U.S. see

Try relocating the base unit for testing purposes, to ensure that the unit is plugged into a working electrical outlet. Verify that the in-use charge light is lit. If the problem doesn't correct itself at another outlet, try the unit on a line outside of your home to test

Toshiba dkt 2010-sd voice mail doesn't answer

To help you I would need to know what type of Toshiba main cabinet you have. If you have a CTX or CIX it may be that your system call forward is turned off. If you dial #620 at the extension in trouble it will turn the system call forward on. #621 turns it off. The proper sequence for "No Answer Call Forward" is Press ext. button + #6031 (tone) + dial main ext for voice mail + timer (08~60)
(tone) . #6051 removes this type of forwarding.

Set your Call Forward Busy/No Answer to go to voice mail ext. as follows: Lift the handset, dial 4 then 3 followed by the voice mail ext. (the number you dial to retrieve voicemail messages). Hang up.

When I hit the button on my blue tooth it sends my messages directly to voice mail. How can I fix that.

It almost sounds like you are rejecting a call, and when that happens you will send it to voice mail. It says that if you are tapping twice, it will sens it. I am also giving you the link to the users guide below to try and help.

CAN'T TRANFER CALLERS TO VOICE MAIL

A Panasonic system and Pana branded voice mail has a VM Transfer key that lets you send a caller to voice mail. It's programmed by picking a button down the left side of the keystrip (CO) and pressing PROG, the button, 94+ the VM extension, and STORE. (In a TA-824 system it would be either 107 or 115).

The TRANSFER button would work if the extension has CF set (All Call or Busy/NoAnswer), but there would be a delay. At the very least, when you tried yours, you were either dialing the VM extension which is probably not vailid because it won't let you transfer to yourself, or an invalid extension.

Need more rings

You have to change the rings from the voice mail server. If you don't know your way around the server, its best to get a local NEC tech although it is fairly simple to navigate. Depends on your skill. Typical default password for the server is NEC
