I bought a Timex 1440 sports T5K246 watch in California and took it to Belgium. Now I find there's no manual and I can not set the watch. Can you help? Thanks, Paul van Langen.

There are two ways to find the user manual for your Timex watch.

1. Find your watch on the list below and click on the language link for your manual.

2. Find the 3-digit module number located on the caseback of most Timex products and click on the corresponding language link for that number in the Module Table at the bottom of the page.

mcdevito75 here, For now, you need to know 2 buttons, the MODE and SET buttons, First press the MODE button, you may have to hold it in 2--3 seconds, see the display Blinking, now press the SET button for each function, (hour, minute etc). press MODE after each function is set, after all is set Press MODE for steady display. The instructions at the Timex site for a 1440 seem to be for a different watch than our 1440. We eventually found our copy of the instructions and they are titled W-163-US. I found these same instructions here:
