Go to www.acer.com > US > Support > Drivers > Put you model number in > Select your operating system (Windows 7 64-bit or other) > download the web cam driver and double click it to install. If this procedure does not work, you probably have a web cam failure for your built-in web cam. You can purchase a portable web cam and plug it into your USB port.

DEFENDER MAY NOT ALLOW THAT INTERACTION WITH YOUR FRIENDS.

then the cam will switch on then you can see whats in front of it ...
i think on the top there is pic of cam or something like that .. a button just press it .. it wil take a snap and you can see it at bottom of the software
Look for an icon called acer crystal eye in your system tray. You should launch it by double clicking on it and then you will have various options to choose from..
