We had the same peoblem with our tablet: no sync/ go to sleep. We tried re booting the computer-no luck. We tried turning on and off the tablet.-no luck. The solution for us was simple: unplug the power source, wait a minute, plug it back in. Voila! It worked. I know we had a power outage the night before, so perhaps the problem was associated with the outage.
Hope this solution helps someone!
I plug it into my pc and everything, in the end it said no sync and it went to sleep, so do you know whats the problem and how can it be solved?
Please and thanks you
p.s: can u explain the unplug power solution with more details, it'll be a pain for my cintiq to break down on me

I have had the same problem. Was working fine, switched it to a new computer and now all of a sudden no sync/going to sleep...any luck fixing this?
when i swich on my cintiq 12
i have a singal "no sync go to sleep"
what is this
that's happening with my tablet as well. i got it for christmas and it has been working, no problems, but now as soon as windows opens and my computer is fully on, it says "no sync...go to sleep". even though the pen is calibrated and still works...there is no screen display. it's very frustrating
hmm.. i'm suffering from the same problem on my mac book pro. When i first bought it a couple months back it was okay. after several times usage, the screen on the wacom just decided to go "no sync " and go to sleep without any reason. The tablet is still working fine though and i can still illustrate without the tablet screen. But it's freaking irritating. I called the wacom distributor but they don't seems to have an answer.
this problem is relevent to my position...
Old wacon Cintiq 15X, new PC, plug in as dual screen and poof... no synch/sleep. loads up all right. XP welcome screen... no.
