I have a kenwood bread maker mine has done the same you can live with it or buy a new pan and kneeder blade from amazon (bread maker parts) about £25 i live with it as my last bread maker did the same, if it still works leave it. the heat from the bread maker has made it fuse together

Drain the oil and remove the screws/bolts that hold the pan into place.

Then use a flat-blade screwdriver to gently prise the pan free.

Clean both mating surfaces of pan and block - remove all traces of the old gasket.

Smear some sealant compound on the oil pan - this will hold the new gasket in place. Put the new gasket onto the oil pan and align the bolt holes. Lift the pan into place and tighten the bolts.

do you mean the sump pan? if so just remove th engine from the machine remove the blade boss.undo all the sump bolts( think they are 3/8" ) and remove the sump pan,simples !!

Your blade should just pull off. If it doesn't that means somebody baked bread in it and didn't remove the blade wash it and the pan interior. The dried up bread dough between the blade and the spindle can make the blade almost impossible to remove. Let me know if that appears to be the problem.

My 5891 arrived with the blade already inserted in the pan. It won't come out. How can I unstick it without damaging the pan or blade?

You need to put warm water in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes to loosen the blade before removal.

How to replace oil pan gasket?

Very easy,dirty,messy, job. Grab few item from auto zone. Such as rtv sealant gasket itself, a blade or something to remove the old gasket. 4-8 quarts of oil 10w40 synthetic. Oil filter oil filter remover socket set. Run car for 5 minutes. Drain oils. Recycle it... Dart removing the screws around the oil pan. Once remove clean the surface remove the old gasket with shart razor blade make sure do not damage the surface where the gasket go. The gasket go between the oil pan and the engine mating surface . Clean the pan and clear as much gunk you can out the pump opening or tube. put rtv sealant ( some don't need the gasket because they r the gasket.) place gasket putt screw back it. Change filter refill the car with oil ( 4-8 depending on engine size) That's it.

once you remove the oil pan take a gasket removal tool or a razer blade to remove any chunks left behind.

Bread machine kneading blades

Make sure you line the blade up with the post, and push down firmly on the blade. The top of the post should be even with the top of the blade.
(I occassionally forget to push down, and have that problem. When I do push it down (not real hard) I do not have the problem). After bread is removed, I fill the pan with warm water to make it easier to remove the blades from the pan.

Hi,

This sometimes happens. I have a Panasonic.

When you place contents in pan with some machines it is important to place contents
in a particular order. I should try to keep contents away from the kneading blade as you place them.
Another thing that might possibly help is to put a litter olive oil around the blade before adding ingredients.
