Hello, I've bought a Philips GoGear VIBE mp3-player (4 GB), but one annoying problem has occurred: When I am uploading some music files to my mp3-player and, when it's charged, I disconnect it, there is...

Ok, I suggest you do a soft reset of your player. You will find the reset button next to the 'power on' button on the side of the player. Please hold the Reset button using a pen tip or other sharp object for 10 seconds.

If that doesn't work, I'd suggest that you format your player or repair it using Philips songbird or device manager. If your model number starts with SA1..... your player supports device manager. If it starts with SA2.... then it uses Philips Songbird. You can install them from the CD that came with your player or download it from Philips support site. www.philips.com/support

* Contents may be removed by using this function. So make sure to back up your contents.

Format:
On your computer desktop, double-click "My computer". Double-click on the MP3 player's icon. Right-click on the Internal Storage icon and then select "Format".

Repair using Songbird:
Launch Songbird and then connect your player to your computer. Select "Repair" under the "Tools" menu. Follow the instructions given by the pop-up windows to perform the repair process.

Repair using Device manager:
Launch Device Manager and click the Tool menu and select "Repair", then follow the instructions to perform the repair process. Make sure all other applications such as Philips Plug-in, Windows Media Player or Windows Explorer that access the device are closed or else Device Manager will not recognize the device.

Hope this works.

What converter should i needed for my philips gogear aria can't able to download songs...

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto your computer ordownload them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3 player.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track.

I formatted my player. Than added new music files. When I try to play them it shows error "No files". But when I open this device through my system. I am able to see music files. Plz help.

This device is only capable of playing MP3 and WMA files. Make sure that the files are in a format that the system can recognize. If that doesn't work, use the software for the device to make sure the firmware is up to date, and not corrupted, and reload the files. Hope this helps!

Philips GoGear SA3245 (4 GB) Digital Media Player Can I download songs form I Tunes to this device?

You can download music for the GoGear from any reputable website, iTunes. it is just a case of plugging in the USB cable, go to My Computer and Look for the Philips Removable Drive.

open it up, go to the Music Folder and add your MP3 songs.

To add videos to this player you need to use the software Philips provided. It's a bit complicated to use so follow the instructions carefully. The software will convert the videos to a Philips format to enable you to add them to the Video Folder. You can't just add a file as this will not work, it needs to be converted.
Hope this helps you.

Someone help how to put music on phlips gogear sa3025

Download sa3025_97_mcs_eng application from philips web site and you can use this to convert videos/images to required format. Then this files can be easily copied to player through a PC. copying songs is just easy as we do it in pen drive. But copy songs in folder name "MUSIC" only.

File Format Not Supported

The songs may have been WMA's with a fixed term license. The license is now expired. They will need to be reacquired.

If you are certain that your songs are in mp3 format instead of WMA format, then your DB is corrupt, and you will need to run a Repair in the program called Philips Device Manager.
