By mistake the language has been changed, how do I change the language of Garmin back to english?

Press TOOLS (Spanner Icon)
Press SETTINGS (Spanner Icon) LOCALE on some models (Blue Icon)
Press Language (Lips Icon)
If you need to change the voice language press VOICE and select an English voice.
If you need to change the text language press TEXT LANGUAGE and select English

Press TOOLS (the spanner symbol)
Press Settings
Press Language (Lips Symbol)
You'll see 3 items. One for Voice Language, one for Text Language and one for keyboard.
If you need to change the voice to english Press Voice Language and select english.
If you need to change the text to english press Text Language and select english

pop off the delicate frame around the screen and there will be a reset button there. push it. then try again to change to english

Click on the wrench tool button, then the picture of the sprockets which is system, then click the lips/mouth. Once there, you should be able to change the voice and text to English. Just click on one of the boxes to change it to your chosen language.
