DynaPro/DynaGlo heaters are made in East Asia, Reddy heaters were made in Bowling Green, Ky.I don't doubt you haven't heard anything back.

Unlike most heater repair guys in the field of portable forced air kerosene heaters, they got they're start in H.V.A.C. and later branched off into this area of expertise. Most never went to DESA seminars (REDDY HEATERS), update seminars, or ever have seen or written a warranty repair claim form. I know this by the local hardware store that does home heating repairs, they get reddy heaters to fix and when they cant, they ask me for assistance. This home furnace guy Gordy may be good with oil furnace boilers in your basement, but when it came to fixing these heaters, he was a wash! He wasn’t aware of even the most basic things like how a brass nozzle comes apart for cleaning and inspection. Cripe, the nozzles they use in the basements of homes come apart the same way. There is SOME translation, but not much. Unless you've been trained by the Company, read and review all mailings sent out constantly, have read all the service bulletins, you’re just another garage shop parts changer. Gordy once told me these were simple, and then he had to ask for help.

My Toshiba 42lx196 will not power up and has a flashing red light that flashes 3 times then off then again and again

I have the same model and the same problem. I was watching it when I heard a loud "pop" and the screen went black and got no response from any controls. I paid $50 at a repair shop to tell me it was the power supply board and would be an additional $275 to fix. I chose to buy another tv but am searching for the part. Here are part #'s - 75003371, PE0071G-1. Some online stores have carried it for anywhere from $70 to $200. The cheapest I have found in stock anywhere is $150. Just google those numbers.

Error Code E1

I had the same error message E1 at 10 seconds according to the LCD display on an older Treadclimber TC1000. I called Bowflex 1-800-792-6784 and first thing they told me was to check the drive sensor on the back left corner of machine. It is two wires connected by 2 white connectors that snap together. The end of the sensor has a rubber cap that is supposed to be approximately 1/8 inch from the drive pulley. The rubber cap plugs into a small hole within the "firewall" of the drive pulley, but the end of the cap does not actually touch anything. They can email you a picture of it. If it ever gets knocked loose, the machine will register this e1 error, in some cases- hope this helps.getattachment.aspx&hm__qs=file%3d3d2f2ee0-2668-46ea-b32c-db049d56cb37.jpg%26ct%3daw1hz2uvanblzw_3d_3d%26name%3daw1hz2uwmdiuanbn%26inline%3d1%26rfc%3d0%26empty%3dfalse%26imgsrc%3dcid%253aimage002.jpg%254001c99c08.13bd6320&oneredir=1&ip=10.12.128.8&d=d6608&mf=0&a=01_0b590aaade5e800af268d347750ab151eca93264be20cd9ce2166e583b18cfe9

I have already paid

OK, we will work through that. I will help you, and if you paid for it, MS should help you to work through it. Have you looked at their site pages, such as -- ?
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/products/FX101211561033.aspx
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/products/HA101759641033.aspx

If you submitted a request for help online, have you checked status at http://support.microsoft.com/? Their e-mail support indicates a one business day response time, but my experience has not generally resulted in that timely a response. I would say get on the phone and ask for one supervisor after the next if you do not get resolution.

If you sign in to the support page, then you get to the contact info. In order to get you the info, I signed in to support, then chose Office 2007 Pro, as I am not sure which version you wanted to end up with. (Of course I am in the U.S. and not certain where you are.) This took me to phone number - (866) 452-4755. Since you are a student maybe you paid for the H&S version - ? Choosing this product takes me to the same number.

MS does indicate that if your product was preinstalled, you should contact your manufacturer. You might try that, and if you're lucky enough to get a tech who cares, they may offer to intercede with MS.

Otherwise, I would call the after-90 day number (or Advanced at (800) 936-4900 only as a last result). There is a $49 charge, usually, for this, as it is typically for support after the 90-day initial contact period. If you do end up calling here or Advanced, they should not end up charging, because you have a valid issue. This is the number I have used before, and once they accept that the problem is the responsibility of MS, there has been no charge: (800) 936-5700.

If you paid for a product and did not get it to work, you have an installation issue which they definitely should help with. Stay on the phone for a live person and don't take any answer unless it gets you working. In light of these things, do you not think that my assistance is either helpful or FixYa ("great ideas")? I will continue to help if you can give me more info regarding what you have already done, and if you still can not solve the issue. But I can't place the call to MS for you, unfortunately, you will have to handle that. Thanks again for your consideration and good luck!

I have no manual and no clue

After not finding any help on the Internet, I went to Home Depot to see if they could help. I deduced through my own that the ignitor has failed. (symptom: Turn on the heater, no buzzing, no ignition, heater turns off, light blinks). It's the nifty little black box that has two white wired leading to the circuit board, and two thick black wires going to the spark plug. Of course, Home Depot doesn't carry parts.

They had one Dyna Pro heater on the shelf. My wife found a phone number on the box. We called it and sure enough, we found the company and was able to order the replacement ignitor over the phone. Total cost: $33.00 (Including shipping).

IS HELP OUT THERE. Here's the info:

GHP Group.
7500 Saint Louis, Skokie, IL 60076
1-877-447-4768

The replacement part is part number: 39E0002500
It fits models: RMC-KFA125TDGP, RMC-KFA170TDGP, and RMC-KFA70TDGP

Hope this helps.
