It used to be that i would have to push really hard on my charger for my phone to charge now it doesnt even charge. i push the on button and it wont turn on either! what do i do!

Have you tried a hard reset? Hold the power button and the down button simultaneously and see if the phone turns on. It could be the cable but I think it was more the power supply unit that could have something to do with the glitch.

i had the same prob my mom didn't believe me you have to push the charger in really hard still doesnt work all the time though

try turning it on while its on the charger .. if that works then you might need a new battery .. if it doesnt then do a "reset" ... unscrew the top off the stylus and use it to push the reset button on the back (top center) ... if that doesnt get it going then you can do a hard reset but that will erase all your information (like telephone numbers and such) ... you do a hard reset by holding down the on/off button while pushing the reset .. if it works on the charger but quits when on battery then you need a new battery ..

Try using another cable or charger. A damaged charger or cable could cause it not to charge. 
Otherwise, contact apple or apple store for repair.

yeh same problem with me, take the battery out, put it back in, then stick the charger in and it will work

just open your phone clean your keypad than reattech mobile every parts,do wih care,dont do in hurry,

than charge your mobile battery 10 mins or more than try to start your phone.

okay, this happened to me too.
first you need to call virgin mobile and ask a live advisor for help.
if they ask you to take the battery out and press the power button for 30 seconds and it doesnt work then they will try to send you a new charger.
when i called it was out of stock.
you can also but the car charger.

you can try to reflash the firmware on the phone.....but if the phone is still under warranty you should take it back to the store you bought it from....sounds to me like a manufacturer software problem with the phone.

dnt drain the batteries of your phones...if that happens pls buy multicharger or battery shock,remove the battery..... charge it for about 5min or shock the battery if ur using battery shock...be sure u positioned it ryt....den put it back on ur phone then charge it or continue the charging on the multicharger until its full !!!!im pretty sure of it....im encountering the same prob as urs before and thats what i did and it work!!!!

If the screen doesnt even light up then you pretty much stuffed.

If battery isnt charging then the battery's life is gone. you cant really get another battery all you can do is remove it to prevent damage and use it plugged in.

Open the case by unscrewing the four screws (2on bottom and 2 on side)

move the HDD (hard disk) and take out battery and unplug

replace HDD and lid.
