I have a fido pay as you go/ I don't know how to get the voice mail to work

Go to settings
scroll down to notifications
scroll down to voice mail
then turn it off
if that dont work go to setting
scroll down to app
then scroll down to notifications and turn it off

Call "077" to listen to messages received. Follow the voice instructions to change your voice mail settings.

Press # and keep it pressed until message is cleared...

The phone's voice mail indicator works with the voice mail function from your phone service provider. When your line is busy or goes unanswered (depending on how it's set up), the message is recorded by your service provider at their end, and you need to retrieve it. Most systems give a "stutter dialtone" when you pick up the phone to make a call (a few short bursts of dialtone before it becomes steady) to tell you when there's a waiting message. The message waiting light on the phone lets you know in case you don't pick the phone often.

Once you pick up your voice mail the light will go out and the dialtone will go back to normal. Check with your service provider for how to do it.

Pls fist put you sim in deffrent mobile and call to you number and you call is going to voice mail so going to voicemail so ok Thats you mobile problem but if you no going voice mail so active you voice mail device call to service proivedar of you network ...ok

Try going to Network services>Call diverting>
and choose one of the other options such as Busy or unreachable then save your choice (make sure that you save it.)

Then your calls should not be diverted to your voice mail.
