What account? You are clearly posting to Fixya so you are not locked out of that account. As to phone calls, Fixya operates by text. If you are referring to 6ya, the pay service where you can talk to an expert for 6 minutes about a particular problem, you should address your queries about that via contact information on the 6ya help page. Perhaps you don't understand the 6ya process and should read its help page. That 6 minutes basically provides time for an assessment whether you can do the fix yourself or will need a service center. The expert you are talking to there has a minimum of two years paid experience prior to being accepted by 6ya to be available to offer advice. Neither 6ya nor Fixya are repair centres, i. e. facilities where you might send broken equipment for repair.
The services are informational. And Fixya offers free information from unpaid volunteers. That does not mean volunteers have no expertise! It simply means they have not availed themselves of opportunity to be paid via 6ya. You get a free ride, in other words. But there is no phone contact with Fixya, rather that is with 6ya.
