Everytime i try to turn it on it doesn't work. when i plug the charger to it, nothing happens...its been going like this for about 3 weeks. Will you please help me figure out a solution to this problem

Sounds like you need to send it in for repair. I had sent my console to VideoGame911.com and they repaired mine at a great cost and got it back at the end of the week. Give them a try, they are cheaper than a manufacturer. Good luck!

It sounds like the charging port on your phone is broken. This could have happened a number of ways. Either by dropping your phone, putting the charger in wrong, or taking it out wrong. If you call HTC(866-449-8358) and it is still under warranty they will probably fix it for free as long as it doesn't have any water damage(http://www.ehow.com/how_4479971_check-cell-phone-water-damage.html). Otherwise you could also get a new phone.

HiIn order to check quick, you might need extra battery. In your neighbor some who has multimeter you get help from them. Or your local repair shop could help you easily.

Try to connect it to a different USB port and check, or try with some other system and check whether its detecting or not..

This could be caused by several things, but try the obvious first. I just bought a brand new power supply, and in less than a week the customer called and said it stopped working. I suggested she take the cord from the old charger and try it - it worked - the brand new cord lasted less than a week. The other thing that could cause this is a bad connection on the end of the power supply, going into the computer. It could even be a bad power supply.The last thing I can think of is a bad battery that won't hold a charge.

Hi Linda. Sometimes if there is a blown fuse or faulty connector on the battery leads, the charger thinks the batteries are charged as the voltage coming out of the charger rises to the high level. Some chargers will cut out if this happens. It is probably not the charger.
Make sure the batteries are plugged in correctly, sometimes during transport they will get knocked and become disconnected.
Also make sure that the battery terminals are not loose where the wires connect to the batteries.

I have a feeling that when you ran the battery down it is now struggling to get and hold a charge.
If you have a friend with a similar battery perhaps try that, or go to a mobile store and ask them to try a new battery for you.

Probably the plug on the navman has suffered what we call dry solder joints from inserting and pulling out the charger you need a tech to fix it. soldering is nesessary shouldnt be too expensive I fixed mine its about half an hours work if not too damaged inside
