Good morning..my problem for hp k7100 need to reset.

I had a horrible experience with this printer and A3 sheets where it kept sending out blank pages, after trying loads of things i ended up feeding the paper into it on the extreme right of the paper feed (on top of the guide even) and hey presto... printed away like there was nothing wrong
