My k800i needs to be reformatted..how can I reformat my phone by my own..i have my own computer with internet..pls help!

when you reformat any memory card in your phone it wipes out all info on it you need to transfer the info to the phone memory 1st, all pictures and music have to go to phone memory then you can reformat sd card and transfer back your info to save on card

just update phone firmware

Get a card reader for your pc, then take the memory card out of the N70, and into the reader. It should show up in my computer, at which point you can right click and press "format". Press start, and wait. Once this is done, safely remove hardware and put back in phone. Warning! This will destroy all content on card!

insert cd windows XP...den enter CMOS or BIOS then change the boot priority in CD then Boot CD...

You need to hvae te phone's frimware reflash, you can do this online at topsony.com or take the phone to a mobile center and have them fix it for you.
