Fisher&Paykel model GW711 top loader draining water onto floor in between wash and rinse cycles
Gday, our top loader GW711 is filling and completing what seems to be the initial agitation cycle but when it shifts to the drain stage it's draining water directly onto the floor
Have checked all hoses and they all appear fine.

No clue to whether a top loader or a front loader, which is why we ask for full 'make model (what it is)'.
If it is only in the rinse cycle, and if it is a front loader it is likely to be spray of a crack in the box that is the detergent drawer and fabric softener mixer. The only way to find out is to remove the top after a wash and look for where the water came from.
Hi just read your posting. Now error code 37 is called pump block error. This means either your drain pump is jammed, or the drain pump is blocked or the pressure switch tube that regulates the water level is kinked or blocked or the motor controller is faulty.Does your machine always drain the water? Please reply and let me know if your machine is draining the water and we can track the fault down.Looking forward to your reply.
Hi Robbie just read your posting. Now just a couple of questions.Does the machine keep filling and flood? Can you manually select the amount of water for the wash --eg-- low, medium,or high?Or does the machine drain and fill at the same time? Please reply with additional information on the questions and I am sure I can rectify this fault for you.
where is water draining into? have u got grey water hose attached to it?make sure u can see end of drain hose, put into bucket at lid level, if it still drains as it fills u have a faulty control module.please reply for more help
u need a new cold water valve, if u check the temp of the water while its filling it is mainly hot, or u have the hot nd cold hoses on the wrong way , as all rinses r cold
lift the end of the drain hose see if the tub fills and goes in the rinse cycle if it works you have a syphon problem if so make your drain pipe stand longer.
