Hi,
i guess today's mblaze has drivers software within the dongle itself.
Is your problem is just mblaze app? or you're not able access the device itself??

Does the XP Install indicate that no hard drive is found? If so, either your hard drive is not properly connected, or your system requires a driver in order to access the controller. If this is not a new hard drive, it's possible your drive has a physical problem.

In your BIOS settings, make sure there is no AHCI mode enabled. XP needs additional drivers for AHCI mode. Change the hard drive compatibility setting so that you're not using AHCI mode, then try your install again.
Also check to be sure that your IDE/SATA controllers are enabled and set to AUTO.

control panel admistrive tools,computer management,device manager scroll down universal serial bus controllers you should see a yellow question mark? right click to reinstall drivers

Get a paperclip and bend it out so its in one long pin, put that in the tiny hole on the front of the cd drive and move it gently forward and back, this should release the drive so it opens and hopefully its just a case of a cd jammed in there which will free it up once you remove it.

If you have only one drive, make sure that it is connected at the end of secondary ribbon cable of the motherboard and make sure that the jumper is set to master. If it still dosen't work you may have to write down the make and model of the cd drive and download a driver, also make sure that it is identified in the system bios on the secondary IDE channel. Another thing you could try, depending on your O/S, XP for example. Go into control-panel+system+devices+"selected drive"+update driver. In some cases, depending on your system, you may have to save the device to a floppy & install it in DOS

Go to http://www.ati.com and get the driver there. It will be a file download. Just save it to your hard drive and run the program after the download is complete.

You will need to purchase WIndows Operating System and this will will format the entire Hard drive and re-install WIndows on the laptop. WIth WIndows XP or Vista it should find most of the drivers for the components on the laptop. For the specific things on the laptop, you can then go to the Toshiba website and download (probably from another PC) the needed drivers for your system. You will also have to purchase any application software unless you utlize the OpenSource free Star Office which is comparable to Microsoft Office. I hope this helps.
