Make sure that gas control knob is set to ON (counterclockwise).
Make sure that ON/OFF switch is ON.
Check that temperature setting is high enough to call for heat.
Make sure pool pump is running and water is flowing to unit.

Yes its faulty PC board.As no Power Coming from the board.Click this link directly to get PC board.
To confirm the fault in PC board.
Check for exact 24 volts on PC board.
One yellow and One Blue wire.
For checking transformer check
120/240 volt to transformer(time clock circuit breaker wire connections).

This is low pressure. Start by checking your baskets for clean then be sure to clean the filter. Then make sure the by-pass valve is closed and lastly if your pump basket is cracked or broken check to be sure nothing is clogging your impeller.
