2006 Jeep Liberty Limited spare tire light and TPM monitor overhead both show a low spare tire pressure. I have checked pressure and it is at 33 pounds. I let air out and refilled to 33 psi and did not help. The overhead monitor says spare pressure low and also check TPM monitor. And again light in dash is on too? Any suggestions?

open your owners manual. if you havent already and see if there is a reset proceedure if so and light is still on go to a firestone or dealer and see if you may have a faulty tpms (tire pressure monitor system). or you may just need there tool to reset light. and yes it might cost you somthing to do it.

If you have the model with the inflatable bike tire as a wheel, then there should be a metal locking pin wrapped around the plastic top of the wheel, you should be able to see the end of the pin sticking out (about a half inch to an inch) right below the plastic part that is at the end of the wheel. Use a pair of needle nose pliers and pull that metal pin strait off, it is held on with a pinch grip, so you don't need to twist (that could bend your pin). After the metal pin comes off, you can just take the wheel off. Then to put it back on just place the wheel back on the metal wheel bar and replace the locking pin by just pushing it on, no pliers needed for this part.

if your tire have an electronic valve (TPMS) which means there is a sensor connected to the valve, one of these sensor are defective.
