My GE tbx18z (530l) fridge is now only moderately cool (freezer on top is fine). Ideas?

Freezon is low

The first thing to check is if you can hear the fan running inside the freezer. This not only keeps the whole freezer cold it alspo circulates air down to the refrigerator keeping it cool as well.
