Cleaning the Printer

To avoid print quality problems, the interior of the printer must be

cleaned with every toner container replacement.

1 Open the top cover and MP tray.

2 Lift the developer unit together with the toner container out of the

printer.

3 Use a lint free cloth to clean dust and dirt away from the registration

roller (metal).

4 Insert the developer unit together with the toner container, back into

the machine.
5 Close the top cover and MP tray.

6 Open the left cover. Use a lint free cloth to clean dust and dirt away

from the vents.

7 Close the left cover.

8 Use a lint free cloth to clean dust and dirt away from the vent on the
right side of the machine.

Hello,
if you remove the pcr assy from the drum unit you will need to put the assy on the table. With a small slotted screwdriver you will have to wedge between the black roller bushes and the gray support on the pinion side.

unit dumping toner or developer. usually caused by using non OEM supplies. have unit cleaned and use kyocera supplies

Why does it say add paper in cassette 1 but cassette is full

sorry man we had the same problem theres a black tab on the back of the tray that pushes the paper back so it dosnt go over the back remove it or buy the mod kit for it we simple removed it
