I have problem in my nokia n72 mobile it shows memory full,now i am unable to see call logs, mssage etc i have already deleted all the files ,messsages ,memeory card data from my phone. please help me

There are several reasons related to this problem, like virus, message memory storage, phone memory full, etc..
First remove your memory card and check whether the error is still there or not. If so, try to delete files from your phone memory, like sms, songs, bluetooth received files, photos etc..
If there's not error, after the memory card is removed, then check your memory card, if possible scan it and try again. I would suggest you to format it after backing up the files, contacts, etc...
Set the message storage to your memory card directory not your phone memory. If you have problem doing this, please let me know so that I can assist you.

you need to format the memory where the file you want to delete is located.. exp: MMC

or format the whole phone by using this code: *#7370# the O.K then enter your sec. code.. (the default code is 12345)

if the file you want to delete is still there, then after phone format for mat your MMC or external Memory..

first thing you is move all the contents using phone memory to memory card (Regards Paljor Lama)
