As long as the microwave oven is working to heat or cook according to the program set , the micro wave can be used safely. Now if there is any chipping of the paint within the oven chamber, then you can re-coat the inside with non conducting ceramic paint.
However if there is no issue if there is no damage to the inside or to the working of the microwave as you can use the oven till it fails to heat.

What year is my kenmore solid state microwave? Ive tried to look it up but i cant seem to find anything on it

All microwave ovens are required by law to have the date of manufacture printed right on the label that has the model and serial number on it. Look inside the microwave, usually just inside the door.

Loud buzzing sound. Heats ok

may be the hi voltage . or a loose metal panel but its not normal and wiil probably lead to a failure like no heat . . most common would be a fan motor / high voltage / transformer / hope this helps **** ..

Sharp R403 microwave internal electrical short/fire

This is a simple problem & solution.

Quite often this is due to grease or food particles stuck somewhere in the cavity of the oven or stuck on or behind the waveguide cover.

The waveguide cover (also called a spatter shield) is usually about the size of a playing card and often held in place by a plastic rivet.

It can be fragile, and the metal edges of the oven behind it can be sharp, so be careful!

The cover and the metal behind it should be cleaned with a mild, non-ammonia cleaner.

If the cavity metal of the oven is chipped or charred, it will have to be sanded smooth and clean and dried thoroughly.

Then you can apply some high-temperature appliance paint, available from places like Wal-Mart, Lowe's or Builder's Square.

Since your waveguide cover is damaged, it will need to be replaced. It provides important protection for the magnetron.

You can order parts from Encompass here or you can call them toll-free at 866-779-5835.

Dead replaced fuse now makes loud noise

Yes that noise is causing your fuse to blow. Machine gun sound sounds like the High Voltage Capacitor or High voltage diode is bad. (Loud humming sound is usually a bad magnetron or bad power transformer). Most of these parts are inexpensive, except for the magnetron. But most of the repair bill is most likely going to be for labor.

Based on your model, it looks like an over the range microwave. And to fix any of these problems require the removal of the microwave from the wall. So its up to you if you want to deal with that hassle. But you also have to consider that you'll probably have a hard time trying to find a new microwave that will fit.
