Hi I just downloaded your driver whiz and it told me that we had 12 out of date drivers, 1 not downloaded at all, Next I went to fix them, now I had read the instructions and there was no mention of cost, So then a screen came up asking me for $29.95 to pay, I relunctantly paid this through paypal only to find there was a charge for $9.95 added and no where could I find what this was for. I reluctantly paid $39.90 USD, downloaded all 12 of the drivers and not one of them was installed properly. Restarted the computer and scanned using the driver whiz again, there were still 12 drivers out of date. Could I please have a total refund as this product did not perform as it should have Thanks Dianne
