Green ligth comes on and then gose off, proceed by red ligth flashing.

Hi:
If you count the number of times the red light blinks before pausing and starts to cycle over again. This is the error code the unit is producing. Also if its been a while since you replaced the lamp then it may be time for a new one. Check the lamp housing and pull out the lamp it may be shattered. You can find the lamp area and installing instructions using you onwers manual.

I have a question, We bought our Hatchi 50 inch tv 3 years ago

The manufacturer normally doesn't count the lamp for the warranty, but call them definitely worth checking w/ the manufacturer. Otherwise if you need to buy a lamp you can try Discount-Merchant.com they have FREE trouble shooting available so you can check to make sure it is the lamp.

Hi,

Having in mind that a generic lamp will give you 4500 to 6500 lamp hours and the Phillips will give you 6000 to 8000 lamp hours, For what you discribe above the could be your problem, I did some research and you can find the best price for lamps http://www.discount-merchant.com/?click=52978 and they have free troubleshoooting

Dell 3200 Projector

Hi Tara

This normally indicates that the lamp will need replacement.

The Ibook and this Projector are compatible as long as you run a Microsoft operating system i.e. Windows 98' and higher.

When replacing the lamp , you can just as well clean out the Projector - this is quite important as it prolongs the life of your lamp.

Lamp didnt strike

Hi there

You should reset the lamp timer as this LCD Projector's counter counts down the hours and will not fire up if this has not been done.

If you have reset the lamp timer and the problem stil occurs , you'll have to replace the Ballastboard ( lamp's powersupply )
