Which operating system are you using? If in windows XP and running in Windows Media Player then when video is running press and hold ALT and press enter key. This will bring the video to full screen, same combo to come out of full screen. Even double clicking the video will make it full screen. If by chance the blue borders are not going see the right top corner and you might see a pin symbol click it and the video can then be made to go full screen as it was locked on screen to show info.
In VLC Media Player it's the "F" key to go full screen and "F" again to window mode.
KMPlayer : - Enter to go fullscreen and enter again to come out.

if you are playing with media player then you need a double click on the video screen then it will be appeared on full screen. or right click on screen it will give you the option of full screen view in menu.
other wise download media player classic from internet it has same feature as windows media player.
