First convert ur video to make it of resolution 320x240. Best way to convert is using ' Samsung New PC studio', its an old software but comes with video converter. Then while playing ur video press u will get option for full screen.

it may not be supported on your phone or the video size is small and cannot fit screen(for this use a video converter to increase size) or try using a software for playing media
