Which router are you using? most of the routers will be having a reset switch behind it.Just press that using a needle.Then you can login easily.The default user name will be admin and password will be password

If you have reached your "password reset attempts limit" then you should seek assistance from the Facebook Customer Support/Care again and explain your situation. There is no way you can access your account on your own once the password reset attempt limit has been exhausted.
You have reset your password too many times. You will need to contact Facebook with from the e-mail of the same account to have them reset the password.
