Xbox 360 nat type is strict, how do you fix it

In your Router's administrator configuration, find the UPnP setting and make sure it is enabled.

If this does not fix it, you will need to open ports in your router. You'll need to open the following ports and forward them to your Xbox's IP Address:

Port 88 (UDP)
Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
Port 80 (TCP)

We are getting a NAT strict connection edit please advise how we can turn this off it is making the connection poor and slow and at times not even available. Thank You

How can you change NAT type from strict please

Strict NAT is due from not setting up Port Forwarding correctly.

Do a google search for your router model, port forwarding and 360. Example "linksys brsf54g port forwarding 360"

XBOX 360 strict NAT problem

Make sure you also open the ports on your router. IF you have all the appropriate ports open and still have strict NAT, it's more than likely your ISP and you should give them a call.
